NVC practice group
We meet once a month to practice hands-on NonViolent Communication (NVC) according to the process developed by Marshall Rosenberg. NVC’s intention is to create a quality of relation and empathy with oneself and others which allows everyone’s needs to be met.
Inputs and exercises are shared in English but feel free to join even though this is not your strong language as you can practice in French, German or any other language provided you are not the only one in the room speaking it!
Sessions are offered for free and take place one Monday evening a month, from 19:00 to 21:00.
(You’re welcome from 18:30. Actual practice starts at 19:00).
Sessions are facilitated by Aurélie de Lalande (www.holdingspace.be) who has over 100 days of NVC training behind her and who keeps on training and practicing. NVC lies at the heart of Aurélie’s life and professional practice. She gives workshops in organisations and companies to support a fluid and lively collaboration between people. She is particularly active in companies and organisations busy reinventing their power structure and governance model.
You can register by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or spontaneously join in any planned session.
